These Terms and Conditions, as may be amended from time to time, apply to the use of EAST AFRICA CORPORATE RESERVATIONS LTD website (www.eastafricacorporatereservations.com) and all the reservations made through its platform on behalf of clients.


On the EAST AFRICA CORPORATE RESERVATIONS LTD website you (the client or guest) can search for the availability and rates of hotels and rooms of your choice at dates defined by you for a specific number of clients and be able to make reservations of your preferences.


EAST AFRICA CORPORATE RESERVATIONS LTD act solely as an intermediary between you and the hotel of your choice. All the information about a hotel and its descriptions are based upon the hotel’s own assessment. All content about a hotel that is displayed on our website is provided to us by the respective hotel and we, EAST AFRICA CORPORATE RESERVATIONS LTD, act as content provider for the hotel only and we, therefore, are not responsible for content displayed in errors, any omissions or typographical errors referring to a hotel. 

As third party agency, EAST AFRICA CORPORATE RESERVATIONS LTD decline any responsibilities which might result in displaying wrong information about hotel classification into their respective stars which is a solely hotel responsibility to provide a display standard, in consideration of the independent assessment from the international awarding bodies. 

By making a reservation, you (the client) enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with the hotel with which you make a reservation and should make direct contact with them for any inquiries in relation to your reservation.


All the prices and room rates displayed on our website should be current as they are entered and confirmed by each individual hotel or serviced apartment and are valid for online bookings made via our website reservation system. The prices as offered on our website by hotels are highly competitive and include VAT/tax and all other taxes and fees, unless stated differently on our Platform or the confirmation email. EAST AFRICA CORPORATE RESERVATIONS LTD declined any responsibilities for any errors of prices referring to a hotel as we only display the information as entered by our hotel partners.



A debit or a credit card is required to secure your reservation. However, EAST AFRICA CORPORATE RESERVATIONS don’t take or process any payments on behalf of hotels as this arrangement is made by client at the arrival to your booked hotel. Sometimes and if applicable, certain hotels offer the opportunity for some reservations to be paid (wholly or partly and as required under the payment policy of some key hotels) directly to the hotel during the online reservation process by means of secure online payment. However, when you make a booking through our website your reservation for accommodation becomes a contract between you and the hotel of your choice. Your payment for the confirmed price will be made directly to the hotel and any claims or obligations out of your reservation exist between you and your chosen hotel.


You can register your personal information onto our website and create an account for regular use of our service. If you voluntarily provide personal data for the purpose of receiving more hotel offers or to have easy access to your existing reservations made through our systems, your information will be kept confidentially and can store your login information in a cookie, i.e. a small text file, on your computer so that you do not have to authenticate yourself repeatedly upon returning to our website, allowing you to automatically logged in.


Once you have finally found a hotel of your choice on our website and decided to make a reservation, the system will prompt you to enter client (guest) personal details and the credit or debit card details in order to secure your reservation. The credit or debit card details are required to guarantee your booking, as all payments and charges are made on arrival at the hotel. However some hotels do require making payment in advance as per their reservation policy which will be displayed on the website when making your reservation. Please read carefully the cancellation policy before going ahead and making your reservation.

By completing Reservation, you agree to receive an email which we may send you shortly prior to your arrival date, giving you information on your destination and providing you with certain information and offers relevant to your Reservation and destination. We may also send you an email (if you have opted for) after arrival to rate the hotel and the Service provided or an email which we may send to you promptly after your stay inviting you to complete our guest review form.

Every booking offer you make will be forwarded to the corresponding hotel and any messages from the hotel to you, particularly the confirmation of your booking will be forwarded to you via our reservation office. You can make direct contact with the hotel you booked for more information about your booking or if you have any inquiries once your reservation has been confirmed. Alternately, you can contact our reservation service quoting your reservation number for any further support.


By making a Reservation with a hotel, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy of that hotel, and to any additional terms and conditions of the hotel that may apply to your reservation made including services and products offered by the hotel. The relevant terms and conditions of each hotel can be obtained on our website when making your reservations. The general cancellation and no-show policy of each hotel is made available on our Platform on the hotel information pages, during the reservation procedure and in the confirmation email after the reservation. Please note that certain rates, fees or special offers are not eligible for cancellation, refund or change. Applicable city/tourist tax may still be charged by the hotel in the event of a no-show or charged cancellation. Please check the reservation details before making a choice. 

There are three ways you can amend or cancel your reservation made through East Africa Corporate Reservations platform:

  1. a) Log on or sign up to ‘my account’ on East Africa corporate reservations website and go to ‘manage my reservations’ and  there you have the option to cancel or amend your reservation.
  2. b) Email East Africa Corporate reservations’ customer service on: reservations@eastafricacorporatereservations.com and ask for support to amend or cancel your existing reservation.
  3. c) Contact the hotel you booked with to amend or cancel your reservation.

Please bear in mind that any cancellation may be subject to cancellation fees when made outside the hotel cancellation policy. We strongly advise you to carefully read your reservation cancellation policy before going ahead with the cancellation


All trademarks including logo, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights in the materials on our website as well as the organization and layout of our website together with the underlying software code are owned directly by East Africa Corporate Reservations Limited. Without our prior written permission, you may not copy, modify, alter, publish, broadcast, distribute, sell or transfer any material on this website or the underlying software code whether in whole or in part. The website is owned and operated by the East Africa Corporate Reservation Limited.
